Very fresh fish! They treated me like a king!
I went there alone … while my wife was at the theater (fasting)!
It was magical. Each course a different glass of wine.
I dined immediately with an excellent white, straw yellow! And I finished the dinner with a full-bodied red! In addition to the passito!

it begins with a taste of extra virgin olive oil of their production that is truly excellent.
For those who love raw food, the plate of cold appetizers is recommended, with a lot of variety and combinations with different spices (perhaps the only very small flaw is that sometimes the aromas cover the taste of the fish a little too much).
As a second course, a slice of croaker with a freshness that I will remember for a long time.
The house wine is remarkable.
to conclude, instead of a dessert, a plum sorbet with an excellent consistency and taste.
The location is not on the sea and not even in the historic center of Trieste, we are on the outskirts not far from the hospital, but still worth the visit. “
